About Bonnie
Bonnie fell in love with Argentine Tango dancing three years ago in Portland, Oregon. She soon found herself travelling to large Tango dance festivals. There she saw many of the men struggling to stay cool and comfortable in the hot milongas and practicas. She found out that many nights men needed to change their shirt three times in order to stay dry and continue dancing without the embarrassment of a wet shirt.
Since she came to Tango with a history of being both an artist and a clothing designer, her creative juices began to flow. It didn't take very long before she found a fabric that would magically be comfortable for the guys, seductive to the touch of their partners, and stay both cool and dry for hours... even on the hottest nights.
Tanguero Designs was born... three flattering men's shirt styles that guys love to wear on or off the dance floor. Shirts that travel well, are easy to care for, and look great. Shirts that can be washed at night and dry by morning. Shirts that somehow never feel wet on the dance floor.
Much to Bonnie's delight, the news has spread quickly! Now men who dance Salsa, Swing, Lindy, Zydeco, Ballroom and other dances are enjoying the rewards of wearing a shirt that keeps them cool and dry and their partners happy.
